Following delivery, I observed my hair fall but I stayed calm. I acted to remedy it. I opted for a health-centered approach. I prioritized my nutrition, eating nutrient-rich foods, especially rich in Vitamin E and Protein. I worked out regularly and practiced yoga for stress management. I avoided tight hairstyles and stopped using heated hair tools to prevent hair stress. I even started using LittleExtrra Coconion hair oil and shampoo along with a wooden neem comb. The result was hair fall control and the return of my confidence.
